ACTIVE PROJECT
Beachwood Development builds directly on the momentum created through the Beachwood Flip, representing our first ground-up residential development initiative on severed land.
As a byproduct of the Beachwood severance, this project involves developing two newly created lots into purpose-built homes. The plan is to construct two raised bungalows, intentionally designed to suit the existing neighbourhood character and demographic, supporting gentle density and thoughtful growth within Wasaga Beach.
The project is currently in the design stage, with preliminary renderings guiding layout, massing, and future execution. Once construction is complete, both homes will be sold, with profits shared through our joint venture partnership.
