Fulton Multifamily Development builds on the momentum of our earlier work at Fulton, expanding the site’s potential to respond to today’s growing demand for housing.
The proposed redevelopment involves severing the existing lot and constructing two semi-detached buildings with a total of approximately six to eight residential units. This approach allows for increased density while maintaining a scale that fits within the surrounding neighbourhood context.
The project is currently in the concept development and permitting stage, with early planning underway to evaluate feasibility, design, zoning, and approvals.
