Kingham Road Facelift
Kingham Road | 2016
COMPLETED PROJECT
Our Kingham Road project was the first home we ever purchased, and the starting point for what would later become Max Impact.
The project involved a complete exterior transformation, including a new roofline, upgraded siding and windows, a covered porch, and refreshed landscaping. These improvements were not achieved alone. Family and friends came alongside us to contribute meaningful sweat equity, giving generously of their time and effort. Their support was foundational to the success of the project.
The equity we generated at Kingham Road became the catalyst for our Fulton project, illustrating how a single home, strengthened through shared effort and intentional investment, can unlock future opportunities.
When the property was sold in 2025, the equity growth created enabled the purchase of our Sixth Line project. This progression reinforced an early lesson: when value is created and reinvested wisely, its impact can extend far beyond one home.
Impact Opportunity Insight
Kingham shaped our understanding of stewardship and generosity. The help we received from family inspired a desire to give back and pay it forward. Creating opportunities to support others has become a core motivator behind how we invest, build, and reinvest today.
